Best and Worst Foods for Hemorrhoids

We all like to eat unhealthy, greasy, and spicy foods, even though we know they can have a negative impact on our health. What was once a rare disease has now become common and one such disease is hemorrhoids. About 75% of the Indian population is affected by hemorrhoids, but it is due to a lack of severity rather than a lack of awareness. Thing. People may choose unhealthy foods and follow an unhealthy lifestyle, which can increase their risk of hemorrhoids, which is one of the easiest diseases to prevent and treat. A simple way to prevent or treat hemorrhoids is to choose the right diet.

Hemorrhoids are inflamed and swollen blood vessels around the anus or near the lower rectum. Many factors contribute to the development of hemorrhoids, but the main cause of hemorrhoids is strong pressure on the veins lining the anus or lower rectum.

Fruits:

Fresh fruit, especially along with its peel, is a rich source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

Sprout:

Bean sprouts are rich in fiber, vitamin C, protein, and calcium. The presence of these nutrients makes bean sprouts an effective food for treating hemorrhoids. Drinking a cup of steamed or boiled bean sprouts daily can help reduce intestinal inflammation. However, don't eat sprouts raw as they can make your hemorrhoids worse.

Note: If you're not drinking enough water, the above dietary changes may not work. Water is an important source for breaking down food, absorbing nutrients, softening the intestines, and preventing constipation and hemorrhoids. So, it is recommended to drink at least 3-4 liters of water every day.

-caffeine, beverages such as coffee, tea
