A 32-year-old female presented with a complaint of a palpable lump in the right breast. She had previously undergone a right breast lumpectomy.

Diagnosis:
Multiple Recurrent Right Breast Lumps

Treatment Performed:

  • Ultrasound-localised excision of 5 right breast lumps
  • Round block incision
  • Local flap reconstruction

  • Multiple lumps identified and marked preoperatively via ultrasound
  • Round block incision is used to ensure an optimal cosmetic outcome
  • Five distinct lumps removed from 4 o’clock, 5 o’clock, 6 o’clock, 9 o’clock, and 12 o’clock positions with adequate margins
  • Specimens sent for histopathological examination (HPE)
  • Final HPE - Benign Phyllodes with Fibroadenomas
  • All Margins clear
