PRESENTING / CHIEF COMPLAINTS:
54-year-old international female patient presented with:

• Irregular and prolonged menstrual bleeding (AUB)
• Pain abdomen
• Generalized weakness

CLINICAL FINDINGS:

• Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB)
• Multiple fibroid uterus
• Right Bartholin cyst
• Dense pelvic adhesions involving the uterus, bladder, bowel, and ovary
• Enlarged right ovary with cystic changes

DIAGNOSIS:

• AUB with Multiple Fibroids 60+
• Right Bartholin Cyst

 TREATMENT PERFORMED:

• Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy (TLH) + Bilateral Salpingectomy + Right Oophorectomy +Laparoscopic Myomectomy

 HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CASE:

• Successfully managed a complex gynaecological case in an international patient through Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery.
• Complete removal of the uterus, fibroids, right ovary, and Bartholin cyst with extensive adhesiolysis.
• Pelvic floor repair and vault suspension performed in the same procedure.
• Patient recovered well and was discharged in stable condition.
