PRESENTING / CHIEF COMPLAINTS:
A 9 months 22 days old male child, known case of Left PUJ (Pelvi-Ureteric Junction) obstruction detected antenatally at 6 months of gestation, admitted for surgical management.

CLINICAL FINDINGS:
Antenatally detected Left Pelvi-Ureteric Junction (PUJ) obstruction at 6 months of gestation.

DIAGNOSIS:
Congenital blockage at the Left Pelvi-Ureteric Junction (PUJ) affecting normal urine drainage from the left kidney.

TREATMENT PERFORMED:
The child underwent Left Pyeloplasty with DJ stent placement under General Anaesthesia to correct the blockage and restore normal urine flow from the kidney.
