A male patient presented with complaints of poor urinary flow, straining to void, dribbling of urine, and burning sensation in the urinary bladder.

He had a history of regular Clean Intermittent Catheterization (CIC) for the past 2–3 months.

•  TURP – 1999
•  BNI – 2008
•  Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) – Post PTCA in 2023

 Diagnosis:

•  BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia)
• Treatment Performed:
• Cystoscopy and Urolift under GA
