An 80 year old female a resident of the USA faced a significant health challenge when she began experiencing blood in her stool around six months back. Following a thorough investigation, she was diagnosed with Cancer Rectum. Determined to seek effective treatment, she traveled to India for medical care.

Low Anterior Resection with Total Mesorectal Excision (LAR with TME).

Operative Findings:
