Laparoscopic Pyelolithotomy for a 90 Gram Staghorn Calculus At RG Hospitals, East Of Kailash.

Presenting/Chief Complaints:
A 56 year old male presented to RG Hospitals, East Of Kailash with complaints of left flank pain. He had history of recurrent renal stones. He underwent left Open Pyelolithotomy few yrs back. 

Diagnosis:
On further investigation USG KUB revealed a 47mm staghorn calculus and 5.6mm calculus in the left kidney.

Treatment/Procedure/Surgery:
CPE + left Laparoscopic Pyelolithotomy + JJ Stenting under General Anesthesia.

Operative Findings:
Intraoperatively a large renal pelvic calculus was seen and removed, weighing 90 grams.

Course of Hospitalization and Condition of Patient at the Time of Discharge:
Post operatively the patient responded well to the surgery and was discharged in a stable and satisfactory condition within 72 hours.
