A 40-year-old female patient presented with complaints of lower abdominal pain and abnormal vaginal bleeding with history of previous 2 cesarian sections.

Diagnosis:
 Uterus Didelphys (double uterus)  with Multiple Large Fibroids in Both Uteri  

Treatment Performed:

  • Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy (TLH) of Both Uteri
  • Right Salpingectomy 
  • Bladder & Bowel Adhesiolysis 
  • Cystoscopy with Bilateral Ureteric Catheterization
