Treatment Performed:
- Bilateral Reduction Mammoplasty
- Triple Pedicle Reduction with Superomedial and Lateral Pedicle

- Vertical scar incision placed, soft tissue release done
- Breast pedicles raised – superomedial and lateral
- Triple pedicle flap created using the superomedial artery and lateral thoracic artery perforator for enhanced vascularity of nipple areola
- Flap inset confirmed with ICG (Indocyanine Green) dye for nipple viability
- 2 kg of breast tissue removed bilaterally
- Hemostasis achieved, closure done in layers for optimal healing
- No intra-operative complications reported
- Patient was discharged the next day, and postoperative recovery was uneventful
Postoperative breast size reduced from 44G to 36C
