A 40-year-old female presented with persistent lower abdominal pain for three months. Clinical evaluation and investigations confirmed a diagnosis of Multiple Fibroid Uterus, with the uterus enlarged to a size equivalent to 30–32 weeks of pregnancy.

Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy with Bilateral Salpingo-Oophorectomy and Left Cystectomy was successfully performed under General Anesthesia.
