Diagnosis:
Huge Fibroid Uterus (equivalent to a 34-week gravid uterus) with Left Ovarian Cyst
Treatment Performed:
- Total Abdominal Hysterectomy (TAH)
- Bilateral Salpingectomy
- Left Ovarian Cystectomy (~6 cm cyst excised)
- Vault Suspension
- Pelvic Floor Repair
