PRESENTING / CHIEF COMPLAINTS:
A 68-year-old male patient presented with lower urinary tract symptoms, poor urinary flow, and associated complications. The patient was a known case of carcinoma prostate and was admitted for further evaluation and management.

CLINICAL FINDINGS:

• Locally advanced prostate cancer
• Large prostatic gland (~90 gm)
• Seminal vesicle involvement
• Severe anaemia and diabetes
• PET CT suggestive of prostatic malignancy (Gleason score 4+3)

DIAGNOSIS:
Locally advanced carcinoma prostate (Gleason score 4+3, Grade Group 3) with significant prostatic enlargement and associated complications.

TREATMENT PERFORMED:
Robotic Assisted Radical Prostatectomy with Bilateral Iliac Lymph Node Dissection under General Anaesthesia.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CASE:

• Management of locally advanced prostate cancer with large gland (~90 gm)
• Successful Robotic Assisted Radical Prostatectomy
• Complex case with seminal vesicle involvement
• Surgery duration ~7 hours with successful outcome
• Biopsy revealed negative surgical margins and lymph nodes
• Early recovery and discharge
