1. To coordinate overall onboard & employee orientation program
a. Induction Process
- Welcome call
- Induction Coordinaton
- Induction Presentation- General
- Quality
- Infection Prevention- Waste Movement
- Basic Life Support
- Fire Safety
- Induction Feedback Form
- Induction Assesment
B. To check & take self attested documents for personnel file
- Certificate if class X & XII
- MBBS/BHMS Completion Cenificate
- State Registration Certificate
- Relieving letter from present employer
- 3 passport size photographs
- Copy of Voter ID card, PAN cand and Address proof.
- ESI & PF form
C. Joining Formalities
- Workstation Arrangement, Telephone Mobile, Email id as & when required.
- welcome letter
- welcome note on notice board
- Offer letter
- Appointment Letter after receiving all documents & medictaim policy
- Filing with help of Office Bay
- Pre Employment medical Test
- Software entry with the employee
- ID card preparation 26th of Every month
