1. To coordinate overall onboard & employee orientation program

a.  Induction Process

  • Welcome call
  • Induction Coordinaton
  • Induction Presentation- General
  • Quality
  • Infection Prevention- Waste Movement
  • Basic Life Support
  • Fire Safety
  • Induction Feedback Form
  • Induction Assesment

B. To check & take self attested documents for personnel file

  •  Certificate if class X & XII
  •  MBBS/BHMS Completion Cenificate
  • State Registration Certificate
  • Relieving letter from present employer
  • 3 passport size photographs
  • Copy of Voter ID card, PAN cand and Address proof.
  • ESI & PF form

C. Joining Formalities

  • Workstation Arrangement, Telephone Mobile, Email id as & when required.
  • welcome letter
  • welcome note on notice board
  • Offer letter
  • Appointment Letter after receiving all documents & medictaim policy
  • Filing with help of Office Bay
  • Pre Employment medical Test
  • Software entry with the employee
