  • Consume small portions of meals.

  • Follow a low-calorie diet and avoid fried food and sweets.

  • Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water and make sure you drink a glass of water 30 mins, prior to every meal.

  • Keep your calorie intake between 300-600 and try having a soft or liquid diet.
