He is a Honorary Consultant Nephrologist & Transplant Physician to Goa Medical Hospital. He has completed his MBBS & MD (Nephrology) from Seth GS Medical College & KEM hospital Mumbai. He started his practice in Goa since 2004 & is now a well known Nephrolgist in Goa.

Dr. Shital Lengade has performed more than 200 native Kidney Biopsies and 16 transplant Biopsies till date with active Clinical Nephrology and ICU Nephrology work. He is a member of Professional Organizations of Indian Society of Nephrology, Peritoneal dialysis society of Indian and American Society of Nephrology.
